How long does it take to get my order?
Video products are usually completed within 2 days. We have an under 7-day policy during peak periods. The How to Make Your Own infomercial Guide is available for download immediately upon payment.

How do I receive my video files?
Upon completion of your order, you will be notified immediately and emailed a link to a download page, valid for 7 days. Please note that after 7 days the file is deleted.

What if I don’t like what I recieve?
If you are unhappy at any time within 30 days of purchasing a Video Donut product, simply let us know and we will rectify or gladly refund your purchase. After 30 days, if we are not notified of any technical or other problems, the client will be deemed satisfied.

These files are suitable for HD (high definition) broadcast television and the Youtube HD (high definition) player. However, these can be reduced in size to fit any online video player. For standard Youtube viewing, sizes of 640x360 (16x9) or 640x480 (4x3) are recommended, allowing faster loading times.
